This is such a no-brainer. Don’t like this? Close your Facebook account. Hit the fuckers where it hurts.
Facebook stopped being anyone’s friend a long time ago. Zuckerberg is just another corporate pig. Do to him what he did to his friends.
It’s time to grow up, America. End the Facebook fad now, and re-join the real world.

This is just corporate cock sucking and why america’s economies is being destroyed. America just has mastered baiters as politicians and I call them polished dicks because it sounds like politics that are betas and masturbate with the power we the people give them. And back stab the Middle Class and Working Poor.

Holy pooh ! My wife a nurse and I a maintenance man had to pay thirty five thousand one year after a fully taxed inheritance because we added some of the inheritance money after taxes to our yearly income to put a down payment on a house. I think they call it double dipping. I call it SOB’s committing robbery because they can.

Wow, way to go in manipulating facts. One of the most disappointing videos of David Sirota I’ve seen in quite a while.

Facebook, like most other tech companies pay their Employees in STOCKS. Remember that Facebook graffiti artist that got stock options? Yeah, he paid his taxes. So did all the Facebook employees that got stock options. While the company itself got a “refund”, billions of dollars are paid by employees who are cashing in the paycheck of their lives. Horrible, horrible journalism.

“Anti-racists” say there’s a RACE problem. They say it’ll be solved when non-Whites pour into ALL & ONLY White nations and “assimilate” to get a brown mixture.

They say only White nations have this RACE problem; they say non-White nations are fine.

If I object to my own genocide these “anti-racists” say I am a naziwhowantstokillsixmillionjews.

They say they’re anti-racist. What they are is anti-White.

    Anti-racist is a codeword for anti-White.

Excuse me but any company that earns money here in the US SHOULD pay taxes because they’re the most beneficiary entity of the society from the capitalist system. If they don’t like it, then they should move to Somalia or whatever country that doesn’t have taxes and let”s see how successful they’ll be. It’s unjust for the average Joe to obey the law and pay his taxes while a powerful corporation uses loopholes and sugar daddy deals with the gov. to avoid paying any taxes.

C’mon now. Surely Facebook should be given massive tax breaks considering the important contribution it makes to our lives. After all, without Mr Zuckerberg’s genius I wouldn’t be able to keep track of the progress of cousin Max’s hemorrhoid treatments, and I might have remained sadly ignorant of Megan’s progress with shoelace tying.

The federal govt gives away around $1.08 Trillion in tax credits each year, and only 8% of that goes to corps. The middle class receives the bulk of the tax credits- credits for having kids, college tuition credits, income tax credits, MWPTC. The MC on average gets MORE back from their returns than they paid into through their income. Sure, closing the loopholes and ending welfare is something we’ll need to do, but it will have to be a collective effort, not just an effort by the rich corps.

That the base number they really pay around 10%~with all the loopholes and that even if they pay tax after all the welfare they get.FB gets 100’s of millions back from the gov,GE pays near nothing, exxon sucks hard on the tit and so on.Hell with the cliff nascar even get sub money .

How exactly is raising the corporate tax rate going to raise the effective tax rate? 35% corporate tax rate is among the highest in the world. When you have a high corporate tax rate, businesses are going to outsource to avoid paying that tax.
China, for example, has a corporate tax rate of 25% yet their effective tax rate is higher than ours at 21.5%. Sure, we can talk about closing loopholes. Nobody likes loopholes, but we need to lower the corporate tax rates to raise the effective tax rates.

Yup no matter how loud you speak, you can’t change anything! No matter who’s in charge, the politics will remain the same cuz they are puppets… sad but true. you can’t fight them and most of the politics once wanted to change things but when they are in charge the find out the truth and become a part of the problem. this is how things work.

The important number is the overall taxes paid by corporations. Only a few decades ago, they were paying 15% of all taxes; today it’s in the low single digits, which means the rest of us schmucks, who have no lobby to buy pols & loopholes, are picking up the difference. And this when corporations have been & are making record profits. Even at the state-level where you are, you’re certain to find corporations getting sweetheart tax deals to relocate or stay. The inequity is real, growing& unjust

a company keeping the money it earned is unjust, but legalized theft by a criminal organization called government is justice??? How did your thinking get so screwed up?

Because a few Obama cronies pays a much lower effective tax rate doesn’t mean all corporations do. When you’re comparing as a whole that difference is made up by corporations paying a much higher tax rate but it even out overall and paints a wrong picture as if all corporations are paying low taxes. I also like how you compare our effective rate to nominal rates in other countries. Very objective analysis *sarcasm. Canada alone has a 15% NOMINAL tax, while our effective tax is around 20% not 13%

I understand we’re angry at folks finding ways to evade taxes, but we need to get the facts straight. Corporations may have a low tax rate, but the dividends are taxed again at the individual level. If you hold the stocks, you get a lower rate for qualified dividends. Either way, once we’re always trying to get people to pay their fair share. We have foreign bank reporting, but it annoys other countries that have to follow our rules.

It is unlikely that they made $1 billion in profit and paid no taxes. It’s more likely that they overpaid in withholdings which is what happened. Frankly, I’m a bit astounded by how much misinformation is floating around about taxes. C Corps are double taxed to shareholders and the amount of deductions they get are the most limited compared to any other entity, such as an S Corporation which is a non-taxed pass through entity.

All the companies want at this point is not lower rate taxes but to steal what we work for. They want our money. They want what we pay to the government to keep us going. They want SS money and everything else. These monsters are still hungry and won’t stop until there is nothing else to consume.
