Carey, these are great videos and it keeps things exciting in the gym. If I want to step it up a bit is there anything I can do in between the circuits or a light workout afterwards. Thanks again for posting the most useful workouts on you tube.

You can alternate workouts A, B for 3-4 times a week. For example, Monday A, Tuesday B, Wednesday Rest, Thursday A, Friday B, Rest Saturday/Sunday. Use them as complimentary workout routines as part of your whole training program for 3 to 4 weeks. Then you’ll need to change up to different routines.

Of course, my workout videos are for everyone. But you need to modify the exercises and routine to suit your level of fitness. Keep it challenging but not over. Keep good forms, good control of the weight you’re using.

mr. yang. can i do this work out? i am 5’6 and 223 pounds. i already lost almost 40 pounds since 4 months ago by going to the gym so my body is already used to the punishment. i mean, is this work out going to fit me. being an overweight. i’m just researching for ways other than what i’am currently doing right now. for variations and avoid getting bored in my workouts.

depending you level of fitness, time commitment and overall training program. Do at least 3 circuits as a stand-alone routine.

  • CareyforFitness

It depends on many factors — your diet, workout frequeny and intensity, where you are now and your target.

If you want to lose weight (fat), you need to create sufficient calorie deficit. Your average calorie intake can be 500 below your maintenance level by diet and exercise. If you don’t know how much you eat or you should target, try to multiply your current weight (in pounds) by 10 to 12. That’s your ballpark calorie.

What would you suggest for an average diet to be able to maximize the A and B workouts here?

    Thanks!
