The Backyard Spartan Warrior 300 Workout

The strength and cardio circuit training consists of 10 exercises to perform as a circuit. Start with 10 reps for each exercise. Rest for 2 to 3 minutes and repeat the circuit.     I love the creativity you use to add an unlimited amount of variety to your workout. Many people don’t realize that there is are millions of things around to change your workout. I use stairs to assist in one legged squats.

    Depending on what you want to achieve. In any case, you need consistent progress training with supported nutriton and diet. Know your calories.

    of course. What would you say is more effective, eating right, or a hard workout? Or do they both need each other? Ive recently started cutting my calories and eating tons of chicken.

    Absolutely. Losing fat is not magical. This is one of the most effective 10-exercise circuit workout. You still have to eat properly, etc.

    Thank you. I perform full 10 reps for all 10 exercises in this workout. Yes, then rest and repeat for a total of 3 circuits. A lot of other trainers on youtube only do 2 or 3 reps for each exercise but then ask the viewers to do 10, 15 or 25 reps. Anyone can tell you what, but the question is “can he or she do it?” That’s, “walk the talk” not just “talk the talk”. I do all 10 reps x 10 exercises in this “uncut” video, to just show you “I can do it, so can you.”

    One thing though: The end of the video said ‘that’s 300 reps’, but I see you doing here 100 reps ;). I guess you mean this circuit times 3? Anyway small thing for a great video!

    There are dfferent options depending on your level of fitness. You can do 30 reps for each of the 10 exercises. You can do 10 reps for each exercise and repeat for a total of 3 circuits. In the same token, you can do 15 reps for each exercise and repeat for a total of 2 circuits.
