The funny thing about this is, you can insert and extract religious beliefs in those suggestions and it would be still the same message. And we can find similar suggestions in different religious belifs.
I hope one day humanity will come to the point, where they carry out tthis inspiration, instead of fighting over who sent the message or who was the messenger or gets to print the money for all the people that live on this planet.

matthew, i’m not sure if u didin’t already heard of him, but the work of wilhelm reich is awesome. understanding the human nature and life energy itself and proving its existence and creating the vegtotherapy. he was a student of freud, but went in a different direction as freud, as reich rly wanted to find the energy in the human body that was resposible for the energetic feeling they get when get emotional or have an orgasm.
aparently there is no real good biography of him.

Good tips Matthew, one thing that really helps me is always getting up immediately after I wake up, kinda sets the tone for the whole day. The days I decide to sleep a little longer is destined to be a day I don’t utilize, even if it’s just lying in bed for an extra 30 min when I really have nothing to wake up for anyways.

I do 3 month plans, I envision every 3 months I have a a goal to complete focusing all energy, then I can move on to the next 3 month plan with a reward at the end. Keeps me motivated and moving forward. Great video and amazing view of the ocean. Breathtaking. Thank you.

You are so, so right on getting up early. Going through woods in the morning and seeing the sunrise is really one of the very few sanctuaries for me.

Dude you should definitley do some kind of raw retreat/motivational type things that you see other raw fooders/motivational people doing on youtube. Most of them are USA/Canada based, but you can apply to the Europe zone!
